The deposit due up front to reserve your spot is $140+tax. The remaining $50 will be payable to the makeup artist and is due at the time of your session.

TERMS & MODEL RELEASE

Booking Terms
Due to the nature of this one day event, session bookings are non-refundable. In case of an emergency, and when notified 24 hours or more in advance of the session time, Berks Headshots will grant the full booking amount as a credit. The credit will be divided with a portion being good toward a regular headshot session, and the remainder being good toward makeup services or products with the makeup artist, good till the end of the calendar year that the session was booked. If client is late for their time slot, whether or not Berks Headshots can photograph client will be based on availability.

Photography Session Terms
Client is responsible for their wardrobe. No re-shoots or refunds will be available based on those factors. Event sessions include one look per person. If time allows, we can add a second look. Appointments cannot be shared with more than one person. Berks Headshots will deliver your included retouched images and any additional images ordered by you within one week. Berks Headshots is not responsible for lost or stolen items, acts of God, or any circumstances that would keep you from attending this event.

Licensing Terms

By agreeing to these terms you are granted a usage license to any images purchased for personal and professional use including website, social media, and personal printing. Berks Headshots will retain the copyright of all images. This agreement releases Berks Headshots to use the images for the purposes of marketing, promotion, education, and internal training. Your image will not be resold or used for external commercial purposes without your permission.
